Trouble at the U.N.!!!

Phespirit arrives at Geneva h.q. without his passport. Security is caught in two minds:
'Arrest him?' or 'Let him in?'

In true U.N. security style, after much pen sucking, Phespirit is waved through .....

LAUSANNE

Whilst this Lausanne building was pleasing to behold, the most beautiful vision of 1996 was the sun setting beyond the mountains during Phespirit's cruise back to Geneva.

The round trip was long and hot - Phespirit sunburned whilst evesdropping a couple of Australian girls.
