Brace Fejica is the tourist-intensive road on the east side of the river that leads down to the bridge. Its buildings have been repaired.

Bulevar is the road over on the west side of the river that was the front line of the 1990s war. Its buildings still look like this.

A QUIET CORNER

The Sufi monastery at Blagaj is built where the River Buna gushes forth from pure rock.

This source is amongst the strongest karst sources in Europe, with a current of 43,000 litres per second .....

..... which is a lot of litres per second.
